through December 31, 2008.
Membership Benefits:
Working together, more than 160 local chapters and the International
association have developed an exceptional package of products and services
for members.
ISACA’s membership—
more than 35,000 strong worldwide—is characterized by its diversity.
Members live and work in more than 100 countries and cover a variety of
professional IT-related positions. Some are in the most senior ranks,
others are at middle management levels and still others are new to the
field. They work in nearly all industry categories, including financial
and banking, public accounting, government and the public sector,
utilities and manufacturing. But, as much as ISACA’s members are diverse,
they share a common purpose—taking the lead worldwide. The
forward-thinking member leaders of ISACA® have created IS auditing and IS
control standards adhered to by practitioners worldwide; developed
research pinpointing the professional issues challenging our constituents;
and produced the Certified Information Systems AuditorTM (CISA®)
certification, which is recognized globally and has been earned by more
than 38,000 professionals, and the Certified Information Security
ManagerTM (CISM®) designation. Together, ISACA® and its affiliated IT
Governance Institute® lead the information technology control community
and serve its practitioners by providing the elements needed by IT
professionals in an ever-changing worldwide environment. As an ISACA
member, you have this diverse network of international colleagues to learn
from, and with whom to share knowledge. This is just one among many
