Volunteers Needed
Due to the
significant growth of the New Jersey Chapter over the last few years,
several volunteering opportunities have become available. Some
opportunities are short in duration, others are periodic, some
are one-time only, and others are project oriented.
You can
volunteer without making a long term or a significant commitment of your
time. We understand and appreciate that most of our members (like our
Chapter Officers and Board of Directors) are employed full time and may
have other responsibilities as well. Any assistance at any level of
commitment is appreciated.
Some of the
benefits of volunteering are:
-
provides you with another method of networking
with other professionals in your field,
-
enables you to use your specific talents and
skills to benefit the chapter,
-
may provide visibility of your skills and
talents to other professionals, and
-
provides you with a way of giving back to
your chapter.
If you are a
member of the New Jersey Chapter and are interested in volunteering
please review the responsibilities of the different committees

and identify the committee you
are interested in. To discuss and notify us of your interest to
volunteer your time and skills please contact Veronica Carroll, the
Volunteer Committee Coordinator at
veronica.carroll@embarqmail.com.
We appreciate
your interest and thank you in advance for your commitment and
dedication to making our chapter the best it can be.
